The Sunrise Coast Christian Chamber of Commerce is a faith-driven network of business leaders, entrepreneurs, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations committed to honoring God through excellence, service, and meaningful relationships. We believe business can be a powerful ministry when guided by biblical principles, integrity, and a heart for serving others.

The Chamber is led by a dedicated, faith-filled Board of Directors and leadership team who volunteer their time, talent, and treasure to serve the membership and the broader community with humility, vision, and deep personal conviction.
Nancy Farrington
President & Board Chair
Nancy Farrington, MA, DTM, is the Founder and President of the Sunrise Coast Christian Chamber of Commerce. A seasoned chamber executive, nonprofit leader, and entrepreneur, she brings more than 20 years of leadership experience and a proven record of growing membership organizations, building strategic partnerships, and developing thriving business communities.
Nancy is passionate about advancing Kingdom commerce by equipping Christian business leaders to lead with integrity, excellence, and purpose. Through the Sunrise Coast Christian Chamber, she seeks to unite faith-driven leaders who are committed to strengthening businesses, influencing workplace culture, and creating lasting community impact through Christ-centered leadership.
Nancy holds a Master of Arts degree in Computer Resource and Information Management, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and the Distinguished Toastmaster designation. She has served in numerous volunteer non-profit leadership roles and is committed to helping leaders discover how faith and business can work together to create lasting impact for future generations
Arnold Soliman
VICE CHAIR
Arnold Soliman is a Revenue Operations executive with leadership experience spanning the hospitality, retail, media, and entrepreneurial sectors. Throughout his career, he has served as a Director of Sales, Hotel General Manager, Vice President of Business Development in the media industry, and Retail District and Regional Manager, leading organizations through operational excellence, strategic growth, and community-focused partnerships.
Guided by his Christian faith and a commitment to servant leadership, Arnold believes true leadership is rooted in serving others with integrity, honesty, and trust. He is passionate about strengthening communities through collaboration and is the founder of digital platforms that promote tourism, aerospace, and local engagement across Florida's Space Coast. Above all, Arnold values his faith in the Lord and the importance of family, cherishing time with his wife, two daughters, and four grandchildren. He believes lasting impact is measured not only by professional success, but by the lives we serve, the relationships we build, and the legacy we leave for future generations.
Melissa Grant
SECRETARY
Melissa Grant is a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty on Florida's Space Coast, where she is
passionate about serving families with a relationship-first approach to real estate. Prior to launching her real estate career, Melissa built a strong foundation in medical administration and practice management, developing a deep appreciation for leadership, organization, and serving others with excellence.
Today, Melissa serves on the Associate Leadership Council (ALC) for Keller Williams and is actively involved in several community organizations, including 100 Women Who Care - Brevard County and the Brevard Prosperity Initiative. She is deeply committed to strengthening her community through service, collaboration, and meaningful outreach.
Melissa believes business can be a ministry. Her greatest desire is to honor God in both her personal and professional life, serving others with integrity, compassion, and excellence while living on mission for Christ. She is grateful for every opportunity to build relationships, encourage others and help create a thriving community where people and families can flourish.
Debbie Potter
TREASURER
With over 30 years of distinguished experience in luxury hospitality, Debbie Potter is a results-driven sales, catering, and marketing executive specializing in luxury hotels, resorts, and private equity clubs. Known for a strategic approach to market expansion and a proven track record of exceeding financial targets, she has spent her career building high-performing teams. Debbie currently serves as the Director of Sales & Marketing for The Alfond Inn, where she was a key member of the property’s prestigious opening team.
Throughout her career, Debbie has held pivotal leadership and national sales roles at some of Florida's most iconic properties, including Walt Disney World Resorts (Disney’s Vero Beach Resort), The Peabody Orlando, and PGA National Resort & Spa. A master of territory development, citywide business and revenue management, she has consistently driven exponential growth—frequently exceeding annual sales goals by 30% to 50% and earning industry accolades such as Benchmark Hospitality’s Group Sales Executive of the Year.
Beyond traditional hospitality, Debbie brings deep expertise in private club operations, having managed membership sales, member relations, and large-scale food and beverage teams at elite venues like Orchid Island Golf and Beach Club and Timacuan Golf & Country Club. From managing multi-million dollar budgets to designing innovative marketing collateral and digital strategies, Debbie combines a passion for luxury service with sharp business acumen to deliver unmatched revenue and brand growth.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Debbie enjoys spending quality time with family, boating and playing golf.
STATEMENT OF FAITH
We Are a Christ-Centered Community
The Sunrise Coast Christian Chamber of Commerce is a community of business and organizational leaders who seek to integrate faith and work with integrity, excellence, and purpose.
1Peter 2:9 – You are a Chosen people called out of the darkness into His wonderful light.
We affirm the following foundational beliefs:
- We believe the Bible is the divinely inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God.
- We believe there is one true God – eternally self-existent in three persons (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) – who is the Creator, Ruler, and Sustainer of the universe.
- We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life on Earth, His miracles, His crucifixion on the cross as atonement for our sin, His resurrection, His ascension to heaven to sit at the right hand of the Father, and His Second Coming.
- We believe salvation is by grace, through faith in Jesus Christ alone and that eternal life is only found through Him.
- We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit as the indwelling presence of God, who empowers the Christian for fruitful service and to live a godly life.
- We believe members of the body of Christ are called to partner with one another in the Spirit of unity and with God to be a testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ to others.
- We believe in resurrection of the dead and the two judgments – one for believers (Judgment Seat of Christ) and another for unbelievers (Great White Throne Judgment) – at the Second Coming of Christ.
